CREATE A STUDY ROOM
Find a quiet room to begin studying (outside of your bed). This will help you stay focused and be prepared through your distance learning experience. Classes may not be in-person, but will not be less work - be proactive!
SET A SCHEDULE
Use alarms and calendars to organize your time in and outside of class. This can help provide structure and keep you motivated. Include time for needed breaks and healthy snacks! Designate study time for each class and stick to it!
AVOID MULT-TASKING
Put away distractions such as your cell phone or video games. Being present and focusing on one thing can help you remember material more fully.
TEST YOURSELF (AND OTHERS)
Prioritize what you need to study. Create flashcards to practice vocabulary or work on math problems from your textbook. Connect with your peers and set up online quizzes for interactive fun!
